Meet Liz Liles,

Founder/CEO

An advocate for the marginalized populations, Liz Liles has a fierce passion to give voice for equity, equality, inclusion, and justice for all people. She has served in the non-profit sector for fifteen years and has discovered that the work of empowering girls to create the life of their dreams is her calling and mission in this world.

​

Liz holds an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit leadership from Duke University, a Bachelor's Degree in English and Language Literature from Fayetteville State University, and will graduate in May 2023 from East Carolina University with a Master's Degree in Social Work. Liz is also pursuing an Addictions Specialist License, while also working towards her LCSW.

Liz is an active member in the following organizations: The Pitt County Coalition Against Human Trafficking Multi-Disciplinary Team, The Pitt County Coalition Against Human Trafficking, The Pitt County Eviction Diversion Committee, The Beaufort County Behavioral Health Task Force, The Beaufort County Domestic Violence Prevention Task Force, The North Carolina Coalition Against Human Trafficking, The North Carolina Coalition Against Domestic Violence, The North Carolina Coalition Against Homelessness, and also serves on the Greenville Human Relations Council. Liz is a member of BRACE (Building Resilience and Courage to Excel), The Pitt County Collaborative for Families, Youth, and Children, The Beaufort County Collaborative for Families, Youth, and Children, and serves as a Guardian ad litem.

A published author and inspirational speaker, Liz delights in speaking the power of self worth and hope into the lives of others.
