In 2020, Daughters of Worth expanded the services of the organization to assist young ladies between the ages of 18-25 who are in need of support, mentorship, and assistance in generating independence and sustainability.

Through the Girls of Independence initiative, young ladies are provided with the following: Mentorship, Advocacy, Emergency Services Support, Referrals to Partnering Agencies, Personalized Coaching Sessions, Special Events, and Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Services (upon request).

Success is celebrated every quarter through recognition, awards, and incentives as young ladies accomplish their self-identified goals.
